FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I book my family photography session?

A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your session day and time. You will receive an invoice upon booking followed by a contract and questionnaire to fill out and sign. A fully paid invoice, signed contract, and completed questionnaire are required to be completed within 48 hours. Payment for your products and digital collections is due at your viewing and ordering appointment.

What is included in the session fee?

The session fee covers our initial consultation where we discuss the customization of your family/children portrait session, access to all my props, use of my client closet, my time at the session, professional editing of your images, and the reveal/ordering appointment. Prints and products are not included in your session fee and are sold at the ordering appoint approximately two weeks after your session.

What should we wear?

We will discuss all of your options after you book your session. After you have booked, a phone consultation or in person consultation is required to ensure your vision is met and how to coordinate with your family. I do have a client closet that you are welcome to use if you wish.

What if they are fussy the entire time?

I try to schedule each session when your child is at their happiest, like right after a nap. I cannot guarantee that your child will smile as stranger danger can impact the session, however I will do my absolute best to capture your child's personality as they are.
